We are a low density, low rise apartment community in Clifton Park, New York, with 47 buildings situated on 70 lush acres with a stocked lake (bring your fishing pole!).

Each apartment building has a security entrance and spacious
well-lighted parking areas. Our buildings are brick and frame construction with heavy duty insulation.

Laundry facilities are located in every building and many apartments have their own washer/dryer hook ups.

All apartments have gas heat and central air conditioning.

Kitchens are fully equipped with dishwashers, garbage disposals, electric ranges and frost free refrigerators.

Added features are:

• wall-to-wall carpeting,
• ceramic tile baths,
• kitchen pass-thrus and
• spacious designer closets.

Two baths are standard in two bedroom apartments.

Dens are available in both one and two bedroom floor plans.

Wood burning fireplaces are located in selected Lakeside Apartments.
